Itinerary

Day 01	07:30 Hours	Departure from Sahastradhara, Dehradun.
	08:30 Hours	Arrive at Ghangaria helipad. On arrival proceed to Hemkund Sahib. A 1,100 metre ( 3600 ft) climb on a 6 kilometer of stone paved path leads to Hemkund. (Devotees are advised to take Ponies from Gangharia at their own cost). After the Darshans, come back to Ghangaria by 03:00 PM
	15:00 Hours	Departure from Ghangaria for Sahastradhara
	16:00 Hours	Arrive at Sahastradhara, Dehradun

Terms & Conditions

1	Seating capacity of helicopter is upto 04-05 passengers.
2	The rates for this package are already displayed on our website.
3	Children above the age of 3 years will be considered full ticket
4	There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens
5	The Company has the right to accommodate additional passengers on the helicopter within the permissible weight limits.
6	The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount.
7	The following details of the passenger are required at the time of bookings. A) Full name B) Weight C) Age D) Identity Proof
8	Full amount has to be deposited at least 02 days before the start of journey and details may be intimated to us.
9	In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the liability of the company shall be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
110	Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on Payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested within less than 3 days of the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
11	It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID’s (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID.
12	This package price is only valid for Indian nationals. For pricing for foreign nationals, please contact us.
13	Service Tax shall be applicable over and above the package prices.

15	Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

Cacellation Policy

1	If cancelled 45 days or more before departure: 10% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee
2	If cancelled 35 to 44 days before departure: 20% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee
3	If cancelled 22 to 34 days before departure: 30% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee
4	If cancelled 21 days or less before departure: 100% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee
5	No shows: 100% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee
