Itinerary

Day 01	06:30 Hours	Pick up from Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun to Kharsali Helipad.
	07:30 Hours	Arrive at Kharsali (Yamnotri Ji) upon arrival travel to Yamnotri Dham approx 06 kms trek by pony. Take Darshan of Yamunotri Ji, Return back to Kharsali Helipad. (You have the alternative of taking palki also in place of pony at additional cost).
	14:00 Hours	Depart from Kharsali helipad by helicopter to Harsil helipad (Gangotri Ji)
	15:00 Hours	Arrive at Harsil. Gangotri Ji Temple is just 24 kms far from Harshil helipad and it takes around 45 minutes by road one way. We will provide 4X4 Jeep/Bolero for your journey to the temple and back.
	16:00 Hours	Upon arrive at Gangotri Ji Temple. Go to the Puja specially arranged for you.
	17:00 Hours	Drive back to Harshil, after the darshan. Dinner & Overnight stay in Hotel at Harsil.
Day 02	07:00 Hours	Take early morning breakfast, and then leave from Harsil helipad for Phata helipad.
	08:00 Hours	Upon Arrival at Phata Helipad (Change of helicopter for going to Shri Kedarnath Ji).
	08:30 Hours	Departure from Phata helipad for Kedarnath Ji.
	08:40 Hours	Arrive at Shri Kedarnath Ji. Take Priority Darshan will be arranged for you.
	10:45 Hours	Departure from Shri Kedarnath Ji for Phata Helipad.
	11:00 Hours	Arrive at Phata Helipad and continue to Shri Badrinath Ji.
	12:00 Hours	Arrive at Shri Badrinath Ji. Go to the Puja specially arranged for you.
	15:00 Hours	Depart from Shri Badrinath Ji to Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun.
	16:00 Hours	Arrive at Sahastradhara Helipad, Dehradun

Terms & Conditions

1	Accommodation at Harsil. the standard is 3 star.
2	Seating capacity of helicopter is upto 04-05 passengers.
3	The rates for this package are already displayed on our website - Chardhampackages.com.
4	Children above the age of 3 years will be considered full ticket
5	There is no provision of concession to children or senior citizens
6	The Company has the right to accommodate additional passengers on the helicopter within the permissible weight limits.
7	The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount.
8	The following details of the passenger are required at the time of bookings. A) Full name B) Weight C) Age D) Identity Proof
9	Full amount has to be deposited at least 07 days before the start of journey and details may be intimated to us.
10	In case the journey is not finished within the stipulated time and passengers are not able to visit one or more Dhams due to bad weather conditions/technical reasons then the liability of the company shall be limited to refund of unutilised sector/s.
11	Rescheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on Payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested within less than 3 days of the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.
12	It is mandatory for all guests to carry valid photo ID’s (Passport/Driving License/Voter ID Card). PAN Card is not accepted at many places as a valid photo ID.
13	This package price is only valid for Indian nationals. For pricing for foreign nationals, please contact us.
14	Service Tax shall be applicable over and above the package prices.

16	Disputes, if any, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.

Cacellation Policy

1	If cancelled 45 days or more before departure: 10% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee
2	If cancelled 35 to 44 days before departure: 20% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee
3	If cancelled 22 to 34 days before departure: 30% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee
4	If cancelled 21 days or less before departure: 100% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee
5	No shows: 100% of the package price would be retained as cancellation fee
